It would be fascinating to have a time lapse film of the construction to see the changes, wouldn't it. There is a building in London by London Bridge station, that will be the tallest in London, and I've been watching it grow these last three years or so from nothing to a monster. It always fascinates me.
I wish it will be ready before winter. Art needs space for its realization. Is this academy is particular? I mean, is it owned by the state or not? Here is largely produced by the government but there are also private. ... and artists are everywhere, is not it? :-)
